ClaimFlow is designed as an internal product-issue queue for one Shopify store, with order references, issue details, team ownership, internal notes and follow-up tracking. Merchants remain responsible for customer communications, product decisions and their own business records.

Marking a claim resolved is an internal record. It does not issue a refund, modify an order, move money, change stock or determine warranty or legal eligibility. The planned app does not include a customer portal, shared inbox, shipping labels or automated compensation.

Proposed pilot price and limits

The current hypothesis is $49 USD per month with a 14-day trial: 300 new claims per verified billing period, up to 5 active people per store. These terms have not been activated and cannot be purchased here. The final Shopify subscription approval screen will show the applicable price, currency, interval, trial, taxes and terms before any charge is approved.

Photo uploads and attachment storage are outside the first release. No automatic overage billing is promised. The planned quota behavior allows follow-up and resolution of existing claims while a subscription remains active, even when the new-claim allowance is reached.

Merchant responsibilities

Only enter information you are entitled to use for the claim. Keep access limited to appropriate staff and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information in issue descriptions and notes. Do not submit credentials, malicious content or unrelated records.

Availability, cancellation and final agreement

The product is in development. This page is not a production-availability or uptime commitment. Installation, billing, cancellation, refund handling, service availability and applicable legal provisions will be finalized and presented before release. These notes do not waive mandatory rights or replace applicable law.
