This public website and your messages

This page is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Hosting requests may include technical connection information, such as an IP address and requested URL, handled by the hosting provider. The ClaimFlow page does not add analytics trackers or a signup form. If you email us, we receive the address and content you choose to send and use them to answer your request. Please avoid customer records and unnecessary sensitive information.

Planned app data and purpose

ClaimFlow is intended to process shop and order references, selected order-line product details and quantities, and merchant-entered issue descriptions, statuses, owners, follow-up dates, internal notes and supplier records. These support the internal claims workflow. The baseline design links to customer information in Shopify; it does not require customer names or email addresses in the app. Free-text fields can nevertheless contain personal information. Photo uploads and attachment storage are outside the first-release scope.

Planned hosting and team access

The deployment plan is a self-hosted application and database on Hetzner infrastructure in the European Union. This is a planned configuration, not a statement that a production service is already operating. Shopify provides the source order data and installation context; Cloudflare provides public-site hosting and network services. Support is operated by the Colombian company identified above, so EU hosting alone is not a promise that every access or processing activity stays in the EU.

The design restricts claim access to authorized store members. Keep notes limited to the information needed for the claim and manage staff access appropriately. Removing attachments does not remove the privacy obligations associated with order references, internal notes or other personal information.

Retention, deletion and requests

The proposed claim retention setting is 365 days after the most recent resolution, with 90- and 180-day options. Final schedules for live data, logs, backups and support messages will be documented before release; the proposed claim setting does not establish those schedules.

To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent us, email the contact above with “ClaimFlow privacy request”. We may need to verify authority before acting. Do not send passwords or API tokens. The app release must support Shopify's mandatory data-request and deletion workflows; this page does not claim those integrations have already been verified in production.

Before installation becomes available

We will update this information to reflect the actual service, provider roles, retention schedules and request process. No certification or blanket legal-compliance claim is made.
