ClaimFlow by Zenit Apps

From the first report to the recorded resolution.

The planned workflow

Keep the whole
story together.

A claim can take more than one conversation to resolve. Give your team a place to pick up where the last person left off.

01 / CAPTURE

Start with the order.

Link the affected products and describe the issue. Keep the order context close to the work.

02 / TAKE OWNERSHIP

Know who is handling it.

Assign a teammate, keep internal notes and update the status as the claim moves forward.

03 / FOLLOW THROUGH

Leave a clear next step.

Set the next action and follow-up date. Record the outcome when the issue is resolved.

Made for the follow-through

Small team.
Shared context.

For the person managing claims, and the teammate who needs to step in.

How we plan to handle your data

One queue to come back to

See product issues together with their status, owner and next follow-up, so the next action has a home.

The details behind the decision

Keep internal notes and a history of claim changes together, with access controlled for your team.

Room for the waiting in between

Connect internal supplier records and mark what you are waiting for. Keep the next check-in visible while a claim is open.

A focused part of your workday

Works alongside your helpdesk.

ClaimFlow keeps track of internal follow-through. Customer conversations stay in your helpdesk. Refunds, returns and changes to orders or inventory stay in Shopify.

A few useful answers

Before you
get started.

ClaimFlow is in development. These answers describe the current product direction.

Can I install ClaimFlow now?

Not yet. The app is in development and installation is not available. Contact us with a question about the product or its availability.

What kinds of issues is it designed for?

Damaged products, missing parts and other product issues that need internal follow-through. Each claim brings together the affected products, owner, notes and next action.

Does it issue refunds or contact customers?

No. Resolving a claim records an internal outcome. It does not issue a refund, edit a Shopify order, change inventory or send a message to a customer. Keep those actions in your existing Shopify and support workflows.

Who can see the claim details?

The planned workspace is internal to your store and uses team access controls. Read the privacy information for current website processing and planned app data handling.

Are the price and trial confirmed?

No. $49 USD per month, a 14-day trial and the stated limits are proposals. No subscription is available to purchase. Final pricing and terms will be shown through Shopify before approval.
