TradeSheets is operated by ZENIT GROUP S.A.S. This page explains the information used to create and save product catalogs for Shopify merchants.

Information we use

• Shop identity, store name and currency, staff session information, and the app's subscription status to authenticate requests and enable the appropriate plan.
• Selected product and variant IDs, titles, product descriptions, SKU, prices, image URLs and image descriptions to build a catalog from current Shopify data.
• Catalog settings, product selection, layout choices, custom catalog copy, price adjustments and language preference that you choose to save.
• Information you voluntarily send to our support email so we can respond to your request.

TradeSheets requests product access. It does not request customer or order data. Please avoid entering personal information into optional catalog copy or support messages unless needed.

How the app works

Shopify provides authentication, product data, saved app-installation metafields and subscription billing. TradeSheets uses a session token to make authenticated Shopify API requests. Catalog previews and PDF files are rendered in your browser. The app does not keep a separate database of product copies, completed PDFs or Shopify access tokens. Your downloaded PDFs remain under your control.

The service's hosting infrastructure processes the requests needed to operate the app. Shopify hosts the saved app-installation data and handles plan charges under its own terms and privacy policy. TradeSheets does not use product data for advertising or sell it.

Your choices and requests

You can edit or delete saved catalogs in TradeSheets. Uninstalling the app revokes its access to your Shopify store. To ask about access to or deletion of information we control, including support correspondence, email [email protected] and identify your store. We also receive Shopify's required privacy request and redaction notices.
